Worse than Facebook in what way? If it's because you're getting too many notifications, click on your profile and then "Preferences"
Sorry, I don't have the ability to delete accounts, I'd PM "Walkman Archive" I just sweep the spam away and sometimes move threads to the right sections. I think he only pops in every few months, it might take awhile.
I was looking at some old threads with a ton of old members that used to post all the time, they need to pop back in! The emails are a pain, I have mine going to an old zombie email box from 20 years ago. I try to remember to hit no emails when I post but sometimes forget and can understand the frustration, that box should be "no" by default. Otherwise I don't think there's any data collection involved (hopefully).
