I bought this off ebay last weekend and it came in today. Needs a good cleaning inside and out, a new belt, and a remote controller (thanks for the help with this, Emiel!), but otherwise everything is in working order. :)

Looks nice but I don't know a lot about the newer models, I think my WM-20 or M-1000 is my newest, stuck in 82 baby!

I paid $60 for mine, though it ended up requiring more work to get working than expected. If your EX20 units are in decent shape and play well, I'd think they could fetch $150 each.

Yes, I have the ex20 with the battery adapter, the pouch and the headphone control unit wired but no headphones. And as you may see I have a few others but I didn't buy the belt for this. Although I do have other belts for other walkmans but I haven't gotten around to replacing those. I bought the belts from fixyouraudio.com

That'd sell for much more than $60. Better condition + headphone controller + battery adapter + pouch... I'd guess at minimum $200, probably more for the EX20 and accessories.

I put a battery in mine. The gump stick and it tries to play but it needs the belt as you can see.
Here's another picture where you can see the motor spinning or the blur of it running and the play mode of the remote control, but it obviously needs a belt 17188192059078934916486173555439.jpg 17188192059078934916486173555439.jpg
I do not have a belt for this model yet.

Here's a picture of the inside. I don't know if yours is as clean as this one but just a picture showing the condition of mine 17188194406857835684779960471276.jpg
Yes, the battery is a li polymer battery which is configured to fit in that space. I paid about $22 for this battery from AliExpress. Just look for gum stick and li-polymer battery. That's li polymer.
