His shop is Analog October on the first page, you might want to try there. I think in the past he said he does work for movies and can be gone for months at a time.

Thanks for that link. I went ahead and bought a set to see if they're any good. They are. The colour is a little washed out perhaps and doesn't match the red of an original sticker, but the print sharpness, clarity and overall size/format are very good. The plastic is nice and thick and similar to the original and the adhesive is nice and sticky. So seeing as how someone else is producing these at a decent quality level I'm not going to bother with my own plan of getting some made up.
