    Did you get it just for holding on to? It looks like a later model, kind of cool with a built in radio, I don't think any of mine have that.

    I got this years ago thinking I was going to be using MD for music but I never got into digital music so it was a good price back then. Although I can't remember what I paid for it and I just never used it.

    I guess, the recommended software for the Net MD ( Simple Burner ) isn`t available for modern OS, especially in 64-bit. But it`s interesting, that there is still a version on the Sony Site.
    Nevertheless, i some years ago installed Win 98 SE again to check the function of an infrared phone connector, so that would be the right OS for the MD.
