The information in the service manual and those 2 threads are pretty clear. There are 2 outpus: 2.4V and 3.5V and both should be present when DD_CTL line is pulled low.
It's unclear where you have 1.4V (there is no marking in your picture) and in what conditions.

In your attached picture I see corrosion on that flex, so probably that's a good point to start.

Hello again and thank you for your help
I have to admit this walkman is the hardest to repair :))
I bought the 2nd one and seems to have the same problem with corrosion from the battery
I managed to clead it very well, maed the buttons to work which was hard work :))
I do have a very strange problem and i have spent many hours to fix it but no luck
The buttons works fine but when i put back the back cover nothing is working anymore even the remote
    Any sugestions?

Have the impression seen this fault before, but can't remember what the problem was (will update if I do).

Suggestion is to check if you can reproduce the problem by pressing on the PCB on various areas with cover removed.
Also check for potential shorts where the ground spring connects to the back cover as it's close the the DC-DC flex cable.

Went through the manual and going over it, given you said its remote *and* button controls, i figure it must be the case grounding out something somewhere
I cant really think of a better explanation, if it works then suddenly with cover = no response, i jump to thinking its shorting somewhere. At least the remote would work if it was something like the key lock or something only affecting the buttons, but im assuming your player has a short from the case touchin something.
I would try poking around and checking for anything sticking out which could indicate the case touching something it shouldn't, protruding metal bits, a cable with some missing coating near the edge or where it runs along the side, battery terminals, any marks on the cover indicating its rubbing against parts. Stuff like that

These are just areas i would start with checking. Long red wire would be power for motor flex cable (check insulation, good idea to check others too), contacts in red are +, blue are -, and last flex cables which cant hurt to check, up top and where they go around the side. EDIT check cover for wear signs too
*id do a special little look-over with the larger flex-cable on the bottom, since it handles signals to mainboard from the sys-control (where button inputs route through) plus other rather important things, its good to double check
See if that turns up anything, might be im wildly incorrect but this is where i would start. Skimmed a bit since i really have to get back on my coursework or my prof will have my head, so, hope you find the problem.

Thank you, i tried everything for so many houers and is very frustrating :))
I coverd the solder joints with kapton tape i tried pushing on the bord and in the end i just desabled the buttons and is working
I did that because the buttons are verry sensitive, play and ffwd and i believe when i put the cover they get pressed.
This walkmand has a very bad buttos design :))I will try to put regular buttons over the board ,make the connections and see if they work otherwise i will use it just with the remote

oh yeah i had a similar issue when reassembling mine, buttons got misaligned out of that plastic holder they were in or something like that so it kept activating crap when it got put on
sadly i did not notice until after it was reassembled, because i had not left a battery in it. it took a lot longer than i initially thought it would take to get them situated

    they are quite annoying

So i maneged to replace the buttons, works very good,nt an easy job but the problems dosen`t ends here :))
Every time when i press stop i have to pull out the battery and put it back so the walkman works again
    Bad capacitor?
Is there any specific capacitor i have to replae to this model?
