Gear Needed for Sony D10/D100 / Sony CFD-DW88 CD Mech

I need a replacement gear for a SonyD10/D100 for my Sony CFD-DW88 I am restoring. The DW88 uses the same mechanism as the Sony-D10. I need the gear that drives the sled auger gear.

Online, I could get the drive gear and the intermediary gear, but I haven't been able to find the auger gear. Any ideas on a source?

Does anyone know a good source for new shock absorber rubbers you see in the photo? I have D50 players where the rubber is as hard as rock and crumbling. I'd like to replace them.
