Hello! Long time lurker first time poster. I got in walkmans about a year ago and just recently set up my first tape deck! Its turned into a hobby of looking for interesting cassette tapes in my local music stores or thrift shops or fun gift ideas from friends or family members. Part of its nostalgia, but there's just something interesting about cassette tapes. I love the sounds they make when they're played, and i definitely like the solid feel of cassette players with their thunky buttons. lol.
Welcome! I'm very addicted to the hobby and love listening to the old units everyday. Keep letting your friends know you like the old stuff, I've had many late night drop-offs at my door with really cool stuff.
