Hello! I need to buy new pinch roller for this walkman, but have trouble with finding the right size. Does anyone worked with it and can tell the proper size?

Looks to be a 9 x 7 x 1.5mm (OD x H x pin diameter), which is pretty standard for many of these early walkmans.
But it's best to double check with calipers. Note these dimensions have some tolerances.

H is the total height of the hub, but keep in mind there is some clearance between the hub and bracket taken into account.
Same goes with the pin, 1.5mm is the diameter of the pin, the hole in the hub being a bit larger than that.

Thanks for the tips. I tried some 7x6x1.5 and it seems fit and goes pretty well (wanted a little wider but couldn't find that size). I think, clearance between roller and plastic holder can't be any smaller, otherwise it’ll stuck, holder is really tiny. I have the other roller that a little bigger (even smaller than 9 x 7 x 1.5mm I’m not really sure, measured with simple ruler), but it’s no longer fit (maybe I’ll try again to buy something in the middle). So, for now I’ll stick with it, I cleaned twice the mechanism from the last belt (and roach…), lub a little bit like I saw in yours posts and this guy started to work with minimum flutter, so now I can actually enjoying my albums.
