    I thought early Maxell were Hitachi?

    Edit ... maybe these were US ones ... originals were in a paper box.

    I posted "the first" compact cassette tape, I think in the boom-boom cassette thread, and it's identical to the one above. I have no idea what the packaging looked like.

    Now sold out (or a long time ago actually), selling from $50 on eBay already.
    Fortunately, I got the two I ordered shipped out in time. They look great (from outside of the wrapping, at least). Pondering if I should unwrap and actually use one of them (yes, I know they contain RTM tape).

    I forgot about this, I had some in a cart and either forgot the order or there was a glitch but I never ordered any.
