    Wow, great stuff! But there's a graph on page 2 that's hard to read. Is there a better copy anywhere?

    That's like $1,000! :eek:

    Although I guess that wasn't the case back then, the yen used to be cheap till the bubble burst.

    Edit: So I had to look up rates (against AUD), today is 111円, August 1981 was 266円, so an item of that price today is $899 but in 1981 was $375! No wonder they could make such high quality stuff still affordable.
