    An interesting relic from the DAT Days, SBM = Super Bit Mapping, used to make 16-bit recordings sound like 20-bit.

    Now that is cool! The bottom panel folds down and has a bunch of buttons. One sold a few years ago on yahoo.jp for around $400 USD.
