      Hi buzbox, I am restoring a tired Sony WM-30 and it's missing it's acrylic window so I want to make my own. Boodokhan says you have experience making them so I'm hoping you might share the artwork you used? If you could that'd be great.
      I'm thinking of laser printing onto self adhesive transparent vinyl and sticking it onto a 1mm thick piece of acrylic that I'll hand cut to size.

      Hi buzbox. Am currently listening on my Sony wm-4 that i bought in 1982. Apart from fast forward and rewind and the lid not staying open still works perfectly after all these years. I listen with Sony mdr-v700dj or sony mdr-z7 headphones and it drives them-no problem. I have a small selection of Sony tape wm's. Discmans, mini-disk players in my collection. Would be interested to know what you have and use.

      Is iT correct that there are 2 types of compartiment ? 1 for AAbattery and another for the gumstick battery!? If possible , i would like the 2 of them, otherwise with the gumstick

        The silver one is missing the battery box. I only have the box on the black one. The silver one is for spares and is missing other parts also. If I sell the black one I will include the silver one for spare parts.
