Good when it works but something else to go wrong. At least Walkmans don't have to spin the head like decks that record.
I'm also with you. It seems like i have a love-hate relationship with these function. I once played an used pre-recorded cassette that hasn't been rewind (Correct me if i'm wrong here) and it made the function a bit chaotic.
Good point! As a ‘hi-end junkie’ I subscribe to the idea that when it comes to the Ultimate Sound, then less is more... Definitely no auto-reverse for cassette replay (Nak Dragon might be an exception, but at what cost?!?!). I wonder which decent Walkman was the last one w/o auto-reverse: WM-D6C?
