My Aiwa plays back with sound weighted to right channel instead of dead central.
Anyone got tips on correcting it?
Internal are delicate and so am worried can't be done.
    Can anyone help me?
    Thanks for reading.

I tried to find the volume switch on other photos but couldn't see it, is it on the headphone cord? Since this one has logic controls, it's a long shot, but if the volume is a slider or rotary dial I'd try cleaning that first.

The is no azimuth adjustment on the 4ZM mechanism. Shiny/glazed pinch rollers are the most common issue for tape skew problems, try replacing those first.

Thanks people! Will try that - but correct, no azimuth adjuster screw on this model - seems lower case aiwa rather than AIWA models reduced internal features. Am trying to get an AIWA or metal case SONY model that DOES have azimuth adjuster - but, in good condition, they cost loads ... £200+ depressing - so many people in the world thinking and wanting the same things ......... grrrr.
