I've been trying to repair a panasonic rq-ja51 for shop owner who I buy pre-recorded cassettes from. I bought a bag of assorted belts, (http://www.ebay.com/itm/272513750986?_trksid=p2057872.m2749.l2649&ssPageName=STRK:MEBIDX:IT) which i received yesterday. The issue is that all the belts i tried on they all seem to tight (in terms of tension) and as such the player is either playing to slow or not at all. I was able to replace the belt for FF/RW. What should i do? Do you have any recommended seller for belts at a student price (or in europe, the shipping costs from america aren't worth the trouble)?
