However, I'm not expecting it to be working and even if it is, I anticipate issues for such an old unit. Is there anyone in the UK who repairs and services these units? Sorry I can't help you, I think there's a B&O Retailer over there that used to service Nakamichi as well but they might have closed up. I always liked R2R, the machines are very robust and don't tend to need a lot of work outside of a good cleaning. The first thing I do is pop the covers and clean out all the dust and make sure the old belts didn't melt over everything.
