    Welcome Chris, I love France, I posted a thread a year or so ago showing a big pile of stereo equipment sitting on the curb in Paris. Unfortunately I was only able to grab the Technics Head Shell, Stylus and 45 adapter and didn't have room for the rest. I'm not sure what you guys call the west coast but all of those beaches are awesome and I'm sure they had some cool boomboxes back in the day.

    Hi, Chris! My 1st-grade class was taught some French by the teacher's assistant. Don't remember much, but I still remember how to sing "Bon Anniversaire". Not exactly mastering the language, but at least I know what to logo on Sasson means in the way of the land.:nodding:

    Also, not to insult a country that understands how to apply "smoothness" (wings of the Concorde and the ride quality of a Citroen come to mind) but if the electronics of this 'box are anything like the ones found on Renaults in the day, you're going to have your hands full of repairs to do to it before it's first use.
