So this was the last draw. Good thing that I pretty much bought all the boxes I wanted. Earlyer in 2017 a friend of mine bought some boxes via Buyee and they refused to ship them "because they were containing speakers which produce magnetic fields". Although the sentence is true, their post regulations specifically say that the magnetic field must not be over a certain value, value that normally is not present even in big house speakers, not to mention tiny boombox speakers. Since I was no longer buying boomboxes from them, it was kind of fine with me and still kept using them to buy vintage audio gear. I bought myself an amplifier a few months ago, everything was fine. Now I wanted to buy another home amplifier...guess what..."we cannot ship this" - are these guys for real? Not to mention that their customer service is ... bad to say at best. They give me the impression that they are actually enjoying putting customers away, exactly like in that South Park episode: Anyway, I am looking to switch to a different Japan Proxy and there are only too many on the market. What do you guys use? What I am looking for: -Sea mail as an option -Pay via Paypal as you go, not creating a deposit and adding to it whenever is needed -Shipping boomboxes permitted Please share your experiences...

Thank you James, I was looking for a better proxy service, not an individual. I am currently testing one, not 100% happy with it as it has that dilbertish deposit before you buy set back, but I guess I can live with it for now. I am however still looking for a better one. Ah, and guess what, I bought the amplifier Buyee "manually reviewed and found out that was unshippable". I knew they were full of poop.
Ah, But you see that making friends with this person and the I told him what I wanted in ( BUYEE ) and I told him that I would pay ALL Expense's of Him TOP-Bidding and then winning and shipping to him and then reshipping it to me ( I simply gave him the listing number - complete link so that he could see exactly what I wanted to have in the usa ) and I told him to win it for me and then I paid him via paypal 2 times I think Once to pay for the winning item and then again to pay for his time and re-shipping to me. Getting this item was well worth it for me at that time. Yes this was through a individual, but then what is a company that does this very same thing made up of?
