Casio and the equivalent Citizen model are "rare" because these devices were not good and they sold poorly. The technology was not perfected yet. I had one and watching it was headache inducing. Buy it if you like collecting 1980's technology otherwise the devices are useless. "Watchman" is a Sony trademark and their pocket TV was much better albeit tiny and in B&W.
