Hi, I'm Alchemy79 from Barcelona (Spain) and
Here I am, breaking my head to try to find out prices and where to sell a collection of blank ribbons, which has come into my hands.
I do not know where it would be better to publish the pots to sell or ask for help? Thanks

I hope you start the google translator

This is less than half of what I have.

Esto es menos de la mitad de lo que tengo.

Some obscure makes and some very desirable ones.
Highlights are the Metal Master, and the ones with the little reels.
A single Metal Master is probably worth more than the entire pack of Coca Cola tapes.

Have a look at the friend site www.cassettecomeback.com to get an idea of prices.

How much money you will get will partially depend on how much effort you put into selling.
You would get more money selling individual packs than the whole lot together. Do you ever sell things on Ebay ?

Yes, I have looked to sell on ebay, but I can only sell in Spain, if I want to sell to everyone, I have to make a store that is worth money per month, put an ad worth money.
That is why I am some specialized forum to be able to sell to everyone and to people who are interested in it. But I will rethink selling on ebay if there is no choice.

If you want to make money, you need to spend money. No free lunch. Your main choice is eBay.

Thanks for the photos, there's some nice looking tapes in there. Some of those are very desireable. Here's the thread down below, I'd post more photos and buyers can get in contact with you. I'm with you on going to the forums to sell first, we have a lot of members that having been looking for some of those items.

    Good luck!

Obviously I can't talk about the Spanish Ebay. However, I have sold over 500 items (mainly toy trains) on the Ebay.co.uk A normal listing gets me the whole of Europe for Unless I feel an item is too large or heavy for international postage I always tick "International Site Visibility" which gets me on Ebay.com i.e The USA for about an additional 10p. For the past few years I seem to have been limited to ten items a week. That isn't a problem to me as I have a day job and packing items takes time.
I always use the auction format, starting at a price where I won't feel disappointed if the item goes for the start price.
Until the lockdown started Ebay were regularly doing an offer of "Maximum selling fees £1" which was great if you thought an item was worth say £100.

I have sold items more or less all round the world. At one point I had a regular buyer in Moscow. More recently the only two bidders on some tobacco tins were both in China. Most of the Paya trains I have sold went back home to Spain. The only major country I have never sold to is Japan.

Finally wrap well, and always use a tracked postal service. I have to admit it is hard work. I reckon it takes at least an hour an item by the time you include taking photos, wrapping the parcel etc. I also haven't listed anything since the lockdown started. I don't want my 100% positive feedback to get spoilt by postal delays.

Same here. But that's probably because that's where most of the gear came from, so they can get it much cheaper than Ebay.
