Hello from Texas! I'm glad to be here. Walkmans are my interest and I've replaced a couple of belts in the last year and I hope to do more than that. I'm on the younger side (think early 2000s), so I grew up after the dominance of tapes, but I enjoyed using my parents tapes for a couple of years growing up with the old boombox in our garage. I recently got some of the following models to fix up, so you may see a post about them sometime soon. WM-Ex50, FX511, FX553, EX555(en-route), EX707(en-route), and a WM-F2095(en-route). If you have any tips, I'd be grateful to hear them. I also have a Sony Tc-Fx5c cassette deck that was my first cassette related purchase ever. Everything works as intended besides a slow analog tape counter. The EX50 seems to be running a bit fast and very low right channel audio after I replaced the belt, any thoughts before I post it in the Tech Talk channel? Cheers!
