    Hey all!

OK I recently replaced the belts in two WM-D6C wlakmans, one works great afterwards but the other is throwing issues and was wondering if anyone clever that myself could help point me to probable issues.

For the one having trouble I replaced the belts, the tires etc. Put back as it should. When I try to play it the play head isn't moving at all. I checked the motor and that seems good and it turns the fly wheel, the mech moves but the capstan for the tape isn;t doing anything. What are the likely causes of this and are there any resources to help. I did try to clean the joints and new grease/watch oil for some joints but that hasn;t helped, mabe I missed an area? Any ideas?

Also the white plastic mechanical parts under the bottom part of the belt wheel is there a good photo of how that should ook so I can check thats etup correctly, I have been finding it hard to find an image of that to clearly show it.

    Any help much appreciated.

I can add photos or even a video of what happens if that heklpsful but wondered if anyone had any help. I can create a video of whatever is needed.

A video would be helpful, not sure I understood correctly what the actual problem is.
Is the motor not spinning at all ? Or it turns but the flywheel doesn't ?
