Hitachi 3d boombox - CX-W750E - line in - help?

Hi,

I am trying figure out how can I connect a smartphone or MP3 player to the Hitachi 3d boombox - CX-W750E. There doesn't seem to be a line in. Instead, the available connections are from left to right: MIC MIX, 2 RCA sockets (CD IN), PHONES. I cannot locate any line in ports

Any idea how I could succeed to play from smartphone/ MP3 to the boombox?

CD in would be good, but looking at the photo it says CD out.

 

sorry - you are right: it reads CD out. (my hands were not fully connected to my head while writing
