The top box doesn't have the track LED, while the bottom does, it also looks like Lav's has a blue JDM tuning band and more words under ATS. One of the cooler mega-boxes, actually heavy-duty but it still goes for little money. Two mics, Pan-Pot, Echo, etc, this was built for singing to the oldies.....
