Or at least beyond being a cost effective repair job? When it came the corrosion inside was awful, batteries hadbeen left inside it (presumably) for years and a lot of corrosion had gotten into the solder points and components underneath. The belts also seem a little too slack but that's an easy fix. Had to resolder a battery contact back on and expose some more of the red wire to solder it back on as it fell off. Doing those things doesn't seem to have done anything and it still won't power on. I'm thinking the damage done to it is fatal and that I may just keep this little guy for parts
