Here's the most compact player by Sony, the WM-20. I got the player about 2 months ago, and all it needed was a new belt and some elbow grease. To compare it to my other player, (the WM-22 by Sony), i'd say that while it looks more serious and less fun, the sound quality is just oh-so better thanks to Dolby NR.
