New MD jewel cases

Recently acquired some new MD cases to replace a few cracked ones in the collection but also wanted to create a new case for a couple of Sony pre recorded MD's that I bought cheap because the original jewel cases were missing. Now looking for a template that will allow you to create the artwork. Similar to the web based one for cassette J cards would be be great as shared by Hugo but there doesn't seem to be one for MD's. Any suggestions appreciated.

 

I found the sellers templates for Adobe Illustrator also work with Inkscape which is a shareware publishing package that does a great job on labels.
