I've owned an ipod since they came out, but I'm sick of it. All my music a d audiobooks are on my apple imac.
So I bought the new walkman MP3 Player. NW A 306. I got a 64 GB memory card transferred some stuff to it. Put it in there and it worked just fine. But it's not enough space for all the audio books that I have had. So got a a 148 GB memory card and transferred all the books onto that ( copy and paste) and now I get a message saying "we can't.
Play this file". If I open the file with youTube Music, it will play. It'll also play the walkman music. That's on there too. Which is kind of weird because both play at the same time. So any help? I'm sure it's something simple. Would be appreciated.

I think you mean a 128mb memory card. The first thing to do would be to see if the player's specifications say it can handle that card capacity.

I did. It is the max. I think it has to do with the way I am transferring the files. It worked before. Thanks for the reply.

I think the iPod uses AAC File Format which is only on those players, you'd have to convert to a format that will work on the Walkman. There should be a program, maybe iTunes, that will do that.

Yes Apple uses AAC files but it doesn't have to. I rest it to MP3 when downloading. Some of my files are AAC some are MP3.
