    Hi there!
I've got an Aiwa CS-80 boombox (TPR-950/955 sibling), while attempting to start to calibrate it I damaged the OSC coil. The boombox is not recording anymore, learned my lesson...
There are no specific values on the service manual other than the bias frequency the oscillator suppose to produce - 54.5kHz.
Obvious to mention, I am not an expert - just another hobbyist who likes analog audio but has some electronics knowledge. Never dealt with coils before. From some reading, I found coils are usually measured with mH (H = Henry, stands for induction units). This one is a tunable coil. (has 5 pins).
Would be very glad to have some more information if anyone has - Are OSC coils standard/generic for tape use?
If there are any leads for a solution - I would be very glad to get some :)
