Been on the hunt for a decently priced Walkman for a little over a year now...most being outside my budget. That was until I found these as a pair "As is not working" for $40 Canadian pesos. on Facebook Marketplace. I popped batteries in both and I can hear the motor whirring in both but that's it, aside from the battery light. From what I've gathered, my WM-2 is the earlier model, since it's got the "FWD" on the button in stead of "Play"
