Hi guys, been lurking around this forum for a while as it’s a great place to learn. My father had some amazing (expensive) stereo gear in the 70’s which I remember fondly but i was more a Walkman kid! Here to learn and participate when I can. I have a thing for the early metal body walkmans so have a WM-2, WM-7 and a few WM-10/20’s. Some working some not...

Hi Derek. Welcome. I am also from "down here :)". I have some of that gear from the 70's your dad probably had too. Not the Skyline GTR though. Had a couple of nice SL's though before retirement messed with my priorities!. My main interest in Walkman is DD and D6C plus I have some nice Aiwas for their elegant design and warm sound. I'm in MEL btw.
    Cheers
