That ribbon cable will nearly always snap the solder joints away from the PCB when you dismantle to do the belt. I used Deckteks HS-G08 Precision Belt and after giving Matthew the exact belt path he has made the exact replica belt which for any full logic Aiwa is a must. Near enough is not enough. You will get virtually no W&F with this belt once the path and pulleys are completely clear and clean. My friend painstakingly reconnected all 7 of the broken solder joints to the logic controller ribbon cable. It's a pain but it can be done.
