Hello everyone ! I have a Sony D6C that I fixed myself by replacing the CX20084. Now it works just fine exept... When playing a tape, you can hear a slight Crackling sound in the right channel which seems to be in rythme with a spinning part. I can't give you an example as sometimes it doesn't do it anymore, but sometimes it comes back ! For now I managed to get rid of it by either cycling the play/rec buttons to clean the inside switch (which might actually not be related to it at all) or by cleaning the audio jacks (first with IPA, then often by just blowing inside) which seems to have helped the best. I can't really find what was happening and I'd like to understand how to fix it if it shows again, voilà Merci beaucoup ! Thanks for your reading time.
Is this happening on both the main and headphones outputs? If it's just one, try D-5 contact cleaner on the jacks.
