    Hello.
Recently i found Sony Walkman WM-DD10.
After dissasembly, i soldered some loose cables.
All capacitors look ok, no leaks.
Eeverything looks ok but it isn't functioning correctly.
I made short video to demonstrate problem.
    Thanks for any help.

I can't really tell what's going on- is the capstan flywheel too slow? If it is, try to rule out mechanical problems first (like excessive friction from flywheel thrust setting).
If mechanical is ruled out, there's a chance bad capacitors is affecting the motor drive circuit. Sometimes the capacitors fail by drying out rather than leaking (which is supposed to be the "correct" failure mode...)
Check if FG wires/coil are ok, if the Walkman has them. Check if the capstan flywheel tire is ok, and not melted/dented. Add 1 drop of sewing machine/low weight motor oil to the motor bearing, if it seems the motor is bogging down.
