Hi, i have this walkman for repair with no power As you can see in the pic there are to points where is 3.5V and 2.4V. Shoul i have this voltage when is off or when is on? Because i have 1.4V Thank you

The information in the service manual and those 2 threads are pretty clear. There are 2 outpus: 2.4V and 3.5V and both should be present when DD_CTL line is pulled low. It's unclear where you have 1.4V (there is no marking in your picture) and in what conditions. In your attached picture I see corrosion on that flex, so probably that's a good point to start.
