Hello everyone, recently i bought broken wm-150 thinking it would be easy to repair but it went out as serious problem for me.
When pressing play it's spinning itself a little and then automatically stops play mechanism.
Looking for specialist, if any information or photos required, feel free to ask.

Here are some photos. Seeing these question i already think it's something bad. I bought it for 70 euro and cant return it to the seller.
I alredy done some work. I changed drive belt and glued a little reel's gear with it (i think you can see it).

Starting at the top of the motor your belt goes around the motor and then it goes around that brass gear completely almost and then it goes around the first cap stand flywheel and then underneath the black wheel which I don't see in your picture and then completely around the other cap stand and then back to the motor. That's the way the belt routing should be.

If yes, then that's not the problem and something diffrent not working.
I viewed diffrent wm-150 images and i think everything on its place and not broken, but im still new in this and can be wrong.

    No, it's not.
If you look at it. Horizontally starting from the left with a motor on the left. The belt has to come straight down to the first idler brass wheel and go around it to the bottom and then come up and go around on top of the brass cap stand and then underneath the black and then around completely almost the furthest to the right brass wheel and then back to the motor. Or let me let you think about it like this that both capstan have to rotate in opposite direction for it to operate in auto reverse mode. They both cannot turn the same direction in the way that you have the belts routed that's not going to work. Think about it. It's an auto reverse deck. Both capstan have to rotate in opposite directions of each other and in the routing that you have in the picture above. They're both going in the same direction. That's not correct. Try again

Belt routing is fine, that's how it should be.
And they are turning in opposite directions, the idler reverses the direction. Look at the attached picture.

But this statement isn't universally true, there are autoreverse walkmans where both flywheels are turning in the same direction and it's the motor which reverses direction.
2 examples that come to mind are the JVC full logic units and the AIWA Alpha-2 mechanism, but chances are they're not the only ones.

@nekitx Have you replaced the clutch gear and glued the table reel gears (as both of these crack) ?

I just glued reel to gear and also glued a little clutch gear, but i don't really think it was problem of clutch gear. And everything is spinning as you marked on photo(tested in action).

Can you take a video of the mechanism playing and then stopping itself? You can get it to play by pushing the black plunger switch on the flip side of the PCB while also pressing the leaf switch just below it, after you put it in play mode.

I have some some work to do. So when i started filming a video i realised that something stopped working completely. So i opened it again and saw that now both reels broken so i fixed them and then started spinning them manually and backward one worked well but second one was glued bad and went every time from it's place. I'll fix it later today.
