It does have in internally on the PCB. If you open it up, look for a pot marked RV601 near the motor. It can, though, be adjusted without opening up the case. There is a hole in the rear near the bottom where you can poke in small screwdriver. A sudden slowing down of speed may point to a more pressing issue that should not be dealt with my adjusting the speed pot, though.
