You can check the link above. Simply sometimes my walkmans buttons switch up. They literaly get randomized. The seller told me it is normal with this models and soon dissapear but it is still there. When it happens its really annoying. Stop becomes FF. FF becomes radio etc. This mostly happens when battery is newly charged or almost depleted. I opened it. There was no damage in visual way. Someone must done the maintance before. Belt is new sound qualty is awesome. But the button thing annoys me. And when this button problems accurs it comes with sound problem too. The right channel sometimes seems to give little lower sound than the left channel. When on forward its gone but in rew its there. Sometimes the opposide happens.

The weirdest thing is, this problems happen and gones randomly. Any ideas why. The mashine is in good condition, no corrosion, no breaks. And the board seems clean and undamaged.

The quite right channel problem (in reverse) came back with no reasons. The button problem gets ok when I switch hold on and off But that quite channel doesnt turn back to normal. I guess I will need to open it again.

Try to check the resistance of the switch buttons.
Good switch should saw you 0 ohm(zero)
When you press it. You can also look for flat/flex cables sometimes they make disconnected problem.
