When I press play on the Walkman, the capstan moves but is weak enough that a blade of grass could stop it. Fast forward and rewind work perfectly. No idea what is causing the issue. Please help. PS: Both belts have been replaced with ones specifically for the TPS-L2 and everything has been cleaned and wire placement confirmed.
