Rarely my intrest in Soviet history and personal stereos intersect, but recently a friend of mine introduced me to a new radio cassette player im after. In the above mentioned documentary: Afghan: The Soviet Experience, there is an infamace scene where Soviet Soliders in an APC are listening to "Who will save the world" on a personal radio. The mildly annoying part is i recognize the radio from somewhere but I can't remember if its of Soviet or Western design. I've had luck with this community before so I'm hoping you guys can help. Below are photos screenshot from the film, and a hd version of the scene. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I know im a bit late but I've been very busy this week. Thank you so much! This is going to make a wonderful addition to my collection. I still have no idea where i recognize the design but i thought it definitely was a Western make.
