Just got my WM-DC2 back from @Valentin and feel a review is definitely deserved. Communication: 10/10 Valentin was friendly and informative throughout. From the moment my Walkman was in-hand, he provided frequent and detailed updates on its repair status. Handiwork: 10/10 Most importantly, Valentin did a fantastic job. The DC2 is nice and clean and plays beautifully. He went above and beyond expectations. Speed: 9/10 My unit had a few unforeseen issues that slowed repairs. But Valentin provided pictures and a comprehensive summary of the issues and how he intended to fix them. The total turnaround time was approximately two months despite these setbacks. Otherwise, it would have only taken a few weeks, I imagine. Cost: 10/10 This is very subjective, of course. One needs some spare cash to get into this hobby in the first place, especially when buying more expensive units like the DC2. Still, Valentin's services were very manageable on the wallet and always gave the impression of undercharging rather than overcharging. Overall: 39/40 On the whole, Valentin was pleasant to work with, did a fantastic repair job, and will be the first I contact for any future repairs. He is highly recommended.
