Sony WM150, AF-605, WM190, WM-B603,etc. Left: WMAF605 (WM-BF605), Right:WM-150 (probably many more models have the same opto-sensor based solution) Left: Disassembled clutch of the above machines, Right: in the center of the clutch broken mini toothwheel. This is a common problem of all above machines, and leads to fluctuating tape-speed ev. to complete auto-off all the time. Tutorial - repairing the center wheel: here
