Hey there, I have this beautiful WM-DD30 and I tried to get it repaired at Galaxy Spares and Repairs in the UK, and after a horrendous customer service, the repair guy deemed a bent mechanical piece not worth his time, and assembled the device back together haphazardly together, making the whole unit unusable. I'm devastated, as this was my dad's Walkman, and it being nonfictional is heartbreaking after a terrible repair job. Does anyone know of where I can get a cosmetically ugly Walkman for a relatively cheap price (for a student) that I can swap out the internals for and keep this working? Any help would be greatly appreciated, or at least any advice on where to go to find someone who actually cares to repair these beauties. Thanks, Gavin Archer
