I need to buy some wires used in Walkmans. Sometime when i work on a Walkman, accidentally or by ignorance :D pull some wires and when i strip end of the wire to solder it back cannot make it since the wire is not long enough.
What is the technical specification of the wire used in walkmans?
Can you please place a link to buy it from Amazon or somewhere else
    Thank you

I know what mean about these fine wires breaking off, I don't buy wire so can't help with that. I take wires from old USB or joystick cables these have nice fines wires in them with enough colours to match the originals, hope this helps.

thanks and What i do usually is to use telephone or Ethernet wires. Once i strip the Ethernet cable there are some thin wires inside. But the problem i find with these wires are not as flexible as original walkman wires.

My recent source for tiny wires is a discarded cheap lightning cable. The flat kind. I also use individual wires from a thin ribbon cable.

I've not had a problem with the stiffness of the wires, getting them neat and flat on circuit boards is easier for me if they have some stiffness.

I too didn't think about flat lightning cables nor ribbon cable, thanks.

It's from something like this. Inside the flat rubber casing are individually insulted, thin wires on mine. As it's all junk, different brands may vary. If I can find the heads I cut off I'll take a picture of it.
