Hello everyone Having a bit of time in my hands recently, I’ve decided to take a closer look at some of my old WMs and more precisely my WM9. It played (until i opened it up) very slowly and the fastforward or rewind don’t function at all. I’ve ordered two new belts but my main question is what are these two springs for? They fell out when i was having a look round. I think the big one is for the door as it won’t keep shut anymore. Thanks David
The bigger one is for walkman door , as you can see from the orientation of its 2 ends. With little patience and careful inspection of the unit you can place this one back. The small one I am not sure. I do not have this model otherwise i would open it to show you how to disassemble it.
