Just opened a Hitachi TRK5030, what a fab piece of engineering , been fumbling around with some 80”s sharp and Sony for practice ..all plastic and flimsy , this beauty is on a 1970”s sturdy steel ..yummy Any idea of the belt routes though if anyone has any experience, any info online appears to want my card details !
Sorry I can't help you but make sure you clean that one good, lots of dust bunnies. I don't see many early Hitachis over here but you have to love that build quality.
