hey people, i just picked up a conion c 100f,its not bad just needs a lil tlc, it does need new bands, but my main problem is the volume control,
i noticed if you turn the volume up it gets louder,but if u push the knob in it gets 10x louder,but i can hear static and
u have to tinker with it to get loud.
i don't wanna have to sit at a party with my finger presing the knob to keep the music blasting.

does any1 know of a way or what i have to do to fix this problem,and what kind of tools i would need.

well i tried cleaning out the knob, i used soem contact cleaner, it cleaered it up, just seems the knob is a lil warn out.
if u tap it it gets 10x louder,to me i think the knob might be warn out, or maybe i need to open it up and see whats wrong.


any suggestions?
