Hi,

Thanks for the quick reply. I am getting sound out of both sides but it is playing only the right side sound through both speakers. The right vu meter by the tape deck works but nothing from the left vu meter. If I switch the balance all the way to the left I get no sound.

Any help would be great, I really like the sound I'm getting from this unit, just want to make it perfect.

Hi bytor,
you must check the fuse on the amplifier section, there are two, probably one of them is burned.

Amplifier section is behind this black radiator block.

I can't wait to get this thing working like new.

The power transistors go short cicuit pretty often..

If you want that thing to sound go for a while there quite a few things you have to check..
eg. lots of hidden dry joint.
