Hello all. I decided to repaint my first box with red Multona spraypaint, which was allready repainted a year or so ago with grey Montana.
Hitachi's condition, when i have recieved it as a gift from my mate:

Grey paint version with added bonus grilles, "chrome", speaker rings:

Red version with removed original (plastic) grilles, bonus grilles, added new grilles and new "chrome":


"Obey" sticker:

Japanese sticker with removed words "Japanese ice hockey federation" :] ; german hiphop band's Moabeat sticker:

Making new "chrome" and adding of new grilles:

I was wondering how about a black version of a rc m70?

Why not, i think, it is great idea. Project could be very successfull, just like this Crown. But i would do that, if i had 2 or more of M70s.

Great job with the Crown!In my opinion it looks now way better that in its original look.

What are those cassettes with the cool looking reels on them? Just an old style or are they special metal ones or something?

Search ebay for "Reel Cleer"

Hen, these are so called "reel 2 reel" cassettes. U can buy tham @ bay, or u can make some DIY cassettes and pay zero for it. All u need is some accuracy, pencil, hoby knife's blade, some visiting cards and some imagination:]
