Entire box is out of the question, I've spoken with G on this and you need mold injection equipment to do it the right way.
Pieces and parts are easy because you have something to start with. The molding of a C100 case would cost more than ANYONE would pay here.
Just for a back all said and done, it would be in the neighborhood of $500.
I also haven't hear from G, I called him a week ago and yet to hear back, hopefully all is well with him.
anyone ever hear from capital G -- recently ?
I would like to mold the cassette tray and the battery door for a soundesign 4637 single cassette boombox, i know this one is no classic but it has sentimental value lol, problem is i dont have the parts, not even the broken peices of the parts, i threw them away as a kid
OK I found the cure to real Chrome paint and here is the sight. This is real chrome paint in a can spray. Not like the one you buy in the store with the real chrome top and when you spray it. Not even close to the top cap that looks like chrome. Well here it is at last real Chrome in a can! Ceck out this site and the demo video too!

nice. That Sh*t is sweet. No reason to have crappy looking chrome on any box now.
not that its of much use, but I can get any type of plastic/resin chrome plated, even in small amounts, but its a little pricey and you have to send your bits to Japan
Upside is it comes out perfect!
Normally I used it for bike or car parts.

as we might be more encouraged to buy less complete boxes , if we knew that the missing parts could be made --- thanks

There's several places for chroming plastic here in the US. The process involves cleaning, copper plating for a base, nickel plating and then the clear finish. 3 step process for plastic. There is a place in California that will honor small orders, they just need to know sizes and quantity. If anybody needs chrome plating pm me for the address & so we can logue a price guide for boombox parts that have been plated for future references

I actually had that tray out of the C100F the other day. The tray is strait forward. It’s that spring that’s weird. I’ll go forward with making a mold and casting one. I even have some .8mm aluminum stock that will re-create the front trim piece. As far as that spring goes, I just don't know.
Check your PM
I saw front trim piece, I realize It's not the same but could you make the trim piece along the top of the RC-m90? Or do you know who could? Tk's
